KammerStig

This band combines personnel from different bands of mine: Eric Barber on clarinet, Ellen Burr on flutes, Alex Cline on drumset and percussion, John Fumo on trumpet and flugelhorn, Jeff Gauthier on violins, and Scot Ray on trombone. The first recording of this band was on Pomegranate. This recording featured Nels Cline on electric guitar, Mark Dresser on contrabass, Vinny Golia on sopranino saxophone and Tom Varner on French horn; each featured in a concerto written especially for him.
