STEUART LIEBIG/QUARTETTO STIG:
Pienso Oculto

Quartetto Stig was the vehicle for   some of my first projects that involved improvisation as a main component of the composition. I did three CDs with this band. The third, Pienso Oculto, came out in 1997. The music for this band has a lot of different elements: jazz, early 20th-century classical, rock, latin, funk.

Pienso
Oculto

John Fumo: trumpet, flugelhorn and cornet

Jeff Gauthier: 4- and 5-string electric violins

Dan Morris: drumset and percussion

Steuart Liebig: contrabassguitars and compositions
